26 Hospitals Bringing Back Furloughed Employees
A recent posting in Becker’s Hospital Review lists 26 hospitals across the country who are bringing back furloughed employees. Many U.S. hospitals and health systems have furloughed staff to help offset revenue losses from the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, some are starting to bring furloughed workers back as they resume nonemergency procedures and medical appointments. Some of the hospitals on the list include St. Lawrence Health System in Potsdam, and St. Joseph’s Health and Crouse Health, both in Syracuse.
