Who We Are

The Institute for Career Advancement in Medicine is a Health WorkForce New York initiative supported by the work of local leaders in healthcare workforce development, training, and evaluation. The Institute platform is built within the Health Workforce Collaborative digital platform to leverage and support workforce development efforts.

How We’re Funded

The Institute and Health Workforce Collaborative are supported by funding from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation, Health Foundation for Western & Central New York, Cloudsplitter Foundation, Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida, United Way of Northern New York, and many other community partners.

Currently, the Institute is funded for deployment across the North Country serving individuals and partner organizations in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Herkimer, Oneida, Oswego, Lewis, Jefferson, St. Lawrence.
