According to Gallup polls, only 25% of Americans report no money worries and note that financial struggle is the strongest predictor of daily worry and stress. Financial wellbeing is often confused with wealth. From a coaching perspective, financial wellbeing is more about managing your money well for increased ease of your life, rather than how much you can acquire. Look at the thoughts and emotions you have around this method of exchange and with fresh eyes. Creating a plan for finding peace in your profits while managing money.

Financial wellbeing is not wealth itself, but rather peace, process, and clarity around this area of life. The feeling of security is at the core of financial wellbeing and the perception that you have more than enough money to do what you want to do has 3x the impact of your income on your overall wellbeing.
