Nursing A.A.S.

The program is fully registered by the University of the State of New York Board of Regents. The program of study in professional nursing is tightly organized and sequential. Students must follow the prescribed course sequencing published in the handbook and the college catalog. Students may earn course credit by enrollment, transfer or advanced placement according to college and Nursing Program policy. Your academic advisor will help you register for each semester. Students desiring transfer credit for previous college work must follow the procedures as defined in the College Catalog.

SUNY Clinton Community College Nursing's curriculum and its program of study meets the educational requirements by the Board of Regents in New York State to award an Associate in Applied Science Degree (AAS) with a major in nursing. Graduates are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN exam for Registered Nurse licensure in New York.
