Minor in Chemistry

The Chemistry Department offers a minor in chemistry for any student who wishes to enhance their primary degree with a greater knowledge of the chemical sciences.

The chemistry minor represents a valuable complementary field of study especially for students majoring in biology, geology, criminal justice and physics, anthropology or experimental psychology.

The minor can strengthen a student's ability to see basic connections between the various sciences as well as many other disciplines and, as a result, enhance their ability to solve complex problems. It is also possible that students in non-scientific areas of the liberal arts will find this minor a very rewarding and valuable part of their general education.
