Auburn Community Hospital (ACH) is a progressive, independent, not-for-profit, 99-bed acute care facility. For over 130 years, ACH has proudly served as the sole provider of acute and general hospital services in Cayuga County, serving approximately 80,000 residents throughout the beautiful Finger Lakes region. We are more than just a hospital—we are the largest employer in Cayuga County and a critical partner in the area's economic health.
