NY Businesses Can Refuse Entry to People Not Wearing a Face Covering

The Medical Society of the State of New York discusses a new executive order by Governor Andrew Cuomo that was stated May 29th: “Today, I am signing an executive order authorizing businesses to deny entry to those who do not wear masks or face coverings. No mask – No entry.” Gov. Cuomo then tweeted: “People Have A Right To Jeopardize Their Own Health (I Don’t Recommend It). People Don’t Have A Right to Jeopardize Other People’s Health.”
