Find Solutions FAQs

Learn how to find programs, products, and services designed to grow, recruit, train, and retain a quality health workforce.

Step 1: Access the “Find Solutions” Tab

    • Log in to your personal Health Workforce Collaborative account. 
    • You are not logged in when you can see a “Sign In” button at the top of the page. 

Step 2: Choose what kind of solution you want to explore

    • There are two kinds of listing available: 
      • “Search Marketplace Listing” connects you with essential recruitment, training, and retention programs, products, and services listed by other workforce development organizations and solution vendors.
      • “Search Training Listing” connects you with healthcare career and professional development webinars, online courses, and in-person trainings
    • Explore the available solutions by browsing through various categories.
    • Use filters to narrow down the options based on your specific needs and preferences.

Step 3: Bookmark Helpful Solutions

    • As you find solutions that are particularly useful, bookmark them for easy access later.

By following these steps, you can efficiently navigate the “Find Solutions” tab and locate the resources that will best support your organization’s goals.
